By accessing or using the Zillionaire Honey website, or by engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or our services.

Zillionaire Honey provides growth strategy, video editing, design, web design and development, and channel management services for creators and brands. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately, in writing, before work begins.

Growth figures shown on this website reflect results achieved for specific clients under specific circumstances. They are illustrative of past work and are not a promise or guarantee of results for any future engagement.

For engagements, you agree to provide timely access to the materials, accounts, and feedback reasonably needed to deliver the work, and you confirm that any content you supply does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms on which your content is published (for example YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok).

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your engagement, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, processes, and know-how used to create the work.

The Zillionaire Honey name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may showcase work we have produced, including excerpts, metrics and outcomes, in our portfolio and marketing materials. Client-confidential information is never disclosed without permission.

Fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are set out in each engagement's agreement or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt, and work may be paused on overdue accounts.

The website embeds and links to third-party platforms (such as YouTube) whose content and availability we do not control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zillionaire Honey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

Either party may end an engagement as set out in its agreement. Work completed up to the effective date of termination remains billable. We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
