I am a growth strategist and marketer for YouTube and Instagram creators. I have done this since 2018. The work covers four areas. Growth strategy and channel management. Editing and design. Websites and landing pages. 1:1 consultation. So far that has produced 190M+ views and $2.8M+ in revenue for the creators I work with.
Most growth consultants stop at views. I do not. I run a six stage system called ZH Growth Architecture, and the last two stages are Monetize and Compound. That is the difference between 190M+ views and $2.8M+ in client revenue. The second number is the one that changes a creator’s life. I also build the landing pages and offer pages that revenue runs through. So the money side never goes to a stranger who has never watched your content.
ZH Growth Architecture is the named six stage system I run every client channel through. It is the reason the work repeats instead of depending on instinct. The system itself is not published. What a client gets is that system applied to their own channel, stage by stage. You keep a document at the end of each stage.
